Ashley Marks

Chief Financial Officer

Ashley brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial companies. Ashley is the CFO and is responsible for the Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology functions. She believes that successful financial outcomes are driven by teamwork, customer focus, a growth mindset, and operational execution. Ashley graduated from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scott Vilinsky

Director of Project Management Office

Scott is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of custom industrial automation experience in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries. As the Director of Project Management, he leads the implementation of Jewett Automation’s custom solutions from receipt of P.O. to completion, serving as the voice of the customers throughout all phases of production. His deep understanding of customer-relationship management has been instrumental in identifying gaps and improving results. He has a business degree from Roberts Wesleyan, and he lives in Rochester, NY with his wife, and three daughters.

Kevin Wilson

Vice President, Operations

Kevin is a seasoned professional with more than 40 years of custom industrial
automation experience in the automotive, pharmaceutical, commercial, and
aerospace industries.  As the Vice President of Operations, he leads Jewett
Automation through the execution of standard and custom solutions from
receipt of P.O. to completion. Kevin has a BS in Mathematics and a BS in
Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from
Chapman University.

Dale Cozart

Director of Sales

Dale has more than 35 years of experience in industrial automation and robotics, supporting complex manufacturing challenges across a wide range of industries. He has progressed from technical and project engineering roles into product development and program leadership, building a deep, practical understanding of system integration, execution risk, and customer requirements. This foundation enables him to take a highly consultative, solutions-driven approach to sales leadership, aligning customer objectives with technically sound, executable automation solutions. He works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, properly scoped, and positioned for successful execution from concept through implementation.

Josh Fannon

Director, Lifecycle Services

Josh brings over 21 years of hands-on experience in technical service leadership, equipment maintenance, and customer-focused operations across the industrial and defense sectors. In his current role at Jewett Automation, he and his team provide the full scope of post-sale customer support. Josh is particularly focused on building sustainable, customer-first systems that support long-term partnerships in custom machinery and process automation. Josh is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s Advanced Electronics and Computer Program and holds a bachelor’s degree in technology management and a certification in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). Josh lives in Clarksville, Tennessee, with his family.

Jason Wallace

General Manager

Jason started working in the machine shop when he was in high school working for S&J and taking machine shop classes at Prosser Vocational School. He worked his way up at S&J starting with sweeping floors, sawing and deburring parts. He then moved up into manual machining and then programming and running the CNC machines. He is currently the General Manager of the company.
Jason is a graduate of New Albany High School, and also has an Associates degree from Vincennes University in Machine Trades.

Tara Henderson

Vice President of Human Resources

Tara Henderson is an accomplished Human Resources leader and project manager with over 20 years of experience across all facets of Human Resources, including Recruiting, Employee Relations, Career Development, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Benefits. As VP of Human Resources, Tara is responsible for guiding the strategic vision of Jewett Automation's HR policies, processes, and programs. Tara has a successful history of managing national projects, building relationships at all levels, and providing the highest level of service to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
